Unlike most meme projects, $RAIN’s dev tax isn’t preloaded, front-run, or hidden. It’s earned transparently and unlocked solely through trading volume — with hard caps, clear rules, and public tracking.

• 5% Total Dev Tax — split into Dev Wallet, CT Marketing, Community Rewards, Locked LP, and Burn
• No Upfront Access — Dev and CT wallets unlock through volume milestones only
• Dev Wallet Cap: Max 1% of total supply can be held/bought/sold by the dev wallet — tracked via Solscan
• 25% of all Dev Wallet sells are redirected to a public Growth Fund for community utility + $ARK funding
• Marketing Wallet (1%) pays CT team in 0.25% increments per $25K volume, max 1%/day if volume exceeds $100K
